Return Eligibility

Returns are approved in cases involving verified product defects, shipping damage, or fulfillment errors.

Items sent back without prior written authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

    •    The product

    •    The packaging

    •    The shipping label

This allows us to quickly verify the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

 

Non-Returnable Situations

To maintain fairness and product integrity, we do not accept returns for:

    •    General dissatisfaction or preference-based concerns

    •    Items that have been used or altered

    •    Sale items

    •    Gift cards

    •    Custom or personalized products

    •    Personal care goods

    •    Hazardous materials or flammable items

Exchanges

Refunds
